The Paris
Horse Show "Salon du Cheval" is one of the most popular events of the
year. This years show is hosted for the first time at Parc
des exposistion at Paris Nord Villepinte which promises more horses,
better seating and more restaurants.

Masters Show Jumping Competition - The worlds
top show jumpers compete at the Salon du Cheval in Paris for
the finals of the prestigious Top 10 Rolex

Masters Vaulting Competition - This is a
show that will thrill both children and adults. Watch as the
top men, woman and team vaulters compete against each other in two
unique free style programs.

Paris Cup
- A competition for 7-year-old horses which brings together the jewels
of French breeding and some of France's Olympic hopefuls for 2012.

Cup Women's Horseball Competition - New event this year.
Watch as 16 womens teams compete during 4 days for 8 games of
sheer madness.

Arabian Horse Championship - The equestrian version of a
beauty contest will take place during the first weekend of the show. It
will allow visitors to discover the most beautiful thoroughbred Arabian
horses in the world.

des Enfants -
Special children section of the horse show featuring performance by
Shetland ponies, free sessions in basic horsemanship and lots of
opportunities to get close to horses and donkeys.

Transport
Every day
several shuttles will leave from the Porte Maillot to take visitors to
the Salon du Cheval in Paris. The shuttle will leave every 30minutes
from 9:00am to 7:30pm.
RER B -
towards" Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport "and get off at the" Parc des
Expositions "station.
The journey takes roughly 30 minutes from Chatelet-Les Halles "RER"
station: there is a train every 7 minutes, throughout the day from 7.00
am to 8.00 pm.
